1. How long does delivery take?

Since we deliver through third party services, delays are out of our hands. Usually, it is 1 to 2 days inside Dhaka and 2 to 3 days outside.


2. Why haven’t I received my product?

We will call to confirm details of your product before sending it out so you have the opportunity to make any changes and once more before the delivery person goes to provided address. If you fail to respond, then the order is automatically cancelled. Please message or call us in case you do not receive a call to confirm your order within 48 hours.


3. Why should I register?

We need your shipping information for delivery, details can be saved so you can order frequently without hassle, and you can be updated with our constantly changing products. We respect your privacy and only require e-mail, phone number and address for delivery orders.


4. How can I cancel my order?

Please message or call us with your order number within a day or when you are called for confirmation, mention the details to the caller.


5. How can I refund/exchange my product?

Products can not be refunded, unless there is a special circumstance. Exchanges can be made within 3 days if the product is unused, undamaged by customer, or any other technical issue caused by us. Please send the product to the store and if it is done through our delivery service, then the cost will be borne by customer.
