• Delivery is through third party services. It usually takes 1 to 2 days inside Dhaka, 2 to 3 days outside after you receive a confirmation call from us.




• Please respond via phone to process order or it will automatically be cancelled.




• It is 100 BDT inside Dhaka and 120 BDT outside.




• Certain areas in Dhaka and all areas outside Dhaka require a full payment in advance for orders to be processed.




• We do not offer any refunds but we will exchange the product if it is unused, damaged from before or during delivery, or if product is faulty.
